What if my product is defective?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Many of our toys come with a manufacturer's warranty, so please check in the boxes for that information, keep the original box, and be sure to keep your emailed receipt from us for proof of purchase, as we may refer you to that manufacturer so that they can work with you to arrange a replacement.
