Directions:

To begin the warming process, snap the metal disc inside the heart once and it will quickly heat up to 129°F for up to 30 minutes. It will harden when it cools down. To reuse, place the heart in boiling water for 5 minutes (10 minutes for 2 hearts) until the crystals liquefy. Lay the heart flat and let it cool to room temperature before using it again. Reset it after each time use in case of use in a hurry. Store at room temperature.

Do not place it in the microwave or freezer - Do not leave it unattached while it is in boiling water for reset and do not let the pot boil dry - Do not use it when it is punctured or damaged - Do not place it near any edge or anything sharp -Keep away from children and pets.
