This is in my backpack when my family and I are at the theme parks in Florida. My thighs rub together so badly, but when I wear the Sweat Defense, I swear I hear my thighs sing a happy song! LOL My husband uses it around his 'boys' to keep things dry down there. I highly recommend this product!
I live in South Florida where it can get pretty humid (every day). I am a thick girl, and it's nice to have the extra protection between my legs to reduce the friction when I wear skirts to work. On days that I go to the gym, I wear a little bit of the Sweat Defense on the inside of my upper arms so that I don't have too much friction between my arms and my breasts when I am lifting weights. I am very happy with this product and I will actually purchase 2 more with my next order so that I don't run out. Be sure to wash your hands after you apply it because it can leave a white residue on your hands.
