All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers and our team, The Flirtation Station does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. This includes any items sold through this website or at our parties. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. To initiate the return of a defective item, please follow the directions below and include your order# and upload a photo of the defective product.


Defective Products

Toys

Within 30 Days of Your Invoice:

  • For quick response, contact us through the Live Chat button and include your order #, item, issue you are having with your item. If it's been within 30 days of your invoice date, we will do our best to help troubleshoot your issue.
  • Please include your order#, the issue you are experiencing with your item, and upload a photo of the defective product.
  • If we are unable to help troubleshoot the issue, the same model will be exchanged for the defective toy. The color may be subject to change on all replacement orders.
  • If the exact model is unavailable, we will provide alternative options of equal or greater value for you to choose from. Selection is limited to items offered by us at our discretion. All sales are final; no refunds or store credit will be issued.
  • Defective items must be sent back to us and include the original box, intact packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code in order to exchange for a new  replacement.

Lingerie & Apparel

  • Only defective lingerie or apparel may be exchanged.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and UPC code.
  • The same lingerie will be exchanged for the defective one if it is still available in our inventory. The color may be subject to change on all replacement orders.
  • If the exact lingerie style is unavailable, we will provide alternative options of equal or greater value for you to choose from. Selection is limited to items offered by us at our discretion. All sales are final; no refunds or store credit will be issued.
  • In most warranty cases, we will have you return the defective lingerie to us within a pre-paid envelope that we include with your replacement.

After 30 Days of Your Invoice

  • We would like to be the first to assist you with any technical issues you are having with your toy. For quick response, contact us through the Live Chat button and include your order #, item, issue you are having with your item, and upload a photo of the defective product. We will do our best to help troubleshoot your issue.
  • Most of our motorized items come with a manufacturer warranty - they range between 1 to 5 years. If the issue occurs after 30 days of your invoice, and we are unable to troubleshoot for you, please contact the manufacturer listed on the packaging of your item. Refer to the emailed receipt that we sent to you on the day of your purchase as they will need it for proof of sale.
  • In most warranty cases, we/the manufacturer may have you return the defective item. Some may have you pay to ship the item or they may send you a pre-paid envelope or shipping label. The Flirtation Station is not responsible for these fees.

Sale & Clearance Items

Closeout, Clearance, Flash Sale, Limited Edition, Birthday 'Pay Your Age', and Limited Quantity items cannot be exchanged or returned for ANY reason.


Cancellation Policy

Online Orders

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it has not been processed to ship. Once a tracking number has been issued to your email, refunds cannot be processed. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus any credit card processing fees.

In-Person Purchases at a Party

  • All in-person party sales are final, as host receives free items based on total guest sales (your purchase is included in that total). No merchandise credit can be issued. For defective products, follow the instructions above.

Returned / Bounced Back Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address (for example, a missing apartment number or failure to pick up from the carrier), we will contact you by phone, text or email. You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the re-shipping invoice is not paid within 5 business days, the items will be restocked and no refund will be issued.


International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, The Flirtation Station is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, refused, or confiscated by customs. If using an international shipping or forwarding service, The Flirtation Station is not responsible for lost or confiscated items. Contact your chosen shipping service for assistance. No refunds are issued for refused packages or for orders returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees. Please check your country’s import rules to confirm that your items are allowed/not prohibited before placing your order with The Flirtation Station.
