ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the health and safety of our customers and staff, The Flirtation Station is unable to accept returns or exchanges of any and all items that are listed on this website. 

1. Defective Products:

TOYS: You may exchange any defective item for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, an item of equal value may be substituted. All items must be in new condition with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code.

If you receive a defective product, please email support@theflirtationstation.com within 30 DAYS of your invoice date. Please note that NO merchandise credit will be issued.

Should we we require the item to be returned for manufacturer warranty purposes, you are responsible for the shipping costs. You will not be charged for us shipping your new item/s to you.

AFTER 30 DAYS: Many of the products we carry have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. If your purchase is “defective” and you are outside of our 30-day exchange policy, please contact the product manufacturer. If you need assistance, in providing a receipt of your purchase, contact our support team, they will be happy to assist you.

LINGERIE and APPAREL: Lingerie and Apparel cannot be exchanged unless defective. All articles must be in new condition, unwashed, with the original tags, packaging, accessories and UPC code.

SALE/CLEARNANCE ITEMS:

Closeout, Clearance, Flash Sale, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation policy depends on where the purchase took place.

1. Online Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on www.theflirtationstation.com, provided the item has not yet been shipped. A refund will be issued, minus any processor fees incurred by The Flirtation Station LLC. Once an order has been shipped (and you've received a tracking number), we cannot issue a refund.

2. In-Person Purchases:

All in-person sales are final. As your hostess received a portion of your purchase amount in free items, no merchandise credit can be issued. For defective products, please follow the instructions above.

RETURNED ORDERS

If your order is returned to us due to incomplete information, non-deliverable address, or any other reason:

  1. We will notify you via email or the contact phone number provided.
  2. You will be responsible for all reshipping fees.
  3. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. No refunds or merchandise credit will be given.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For those customers who use an International Shipping Service with a US address, The Flirtation Station is not responsible for products lost or confiscated by customs in destination countries. Please contact your Shipping Service for assistance.
