SHIPPING & SECURITY POLICY
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no mention of The Flirtation Station or the products inside. The return label reads: TFS. Your privacy is always our priority.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic orders (within the USA) are typically delivered within 3-5 Business Days.
- Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and APO addresses may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
- The Flirtation Station cannot control delays caused by the postal carrier and other factors like weather, acts of nature, natural disasters, or customs hold-ups in the destination country.
Shipping Methods
We ship using economy rates via USPS Ground and UPS Ground - whichever ends up being the most cost effective for us. All packages are shipped in a single color bubble envelope or a brown box for your privacy.
Carrier Preference
If you have a preferred carrier not listed on our checkout page, please contact us via the Live Chat feature on our website with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. An invoice will be sent to you to pay additional fees if your preferred service is more than what you originally paid. Your order will be shipped once all payments are received.
Back-Ordered Items
Items that are back-ordered by the manufacturer may require up to 5 additional days of processing time. Our team will reach out to you via text and/or email to keep you informed about your delivery status.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day. Delivery timeframes are mostly accurate. but customs processing, weather, and peak seasons (holidays) can extend delivery times by 1-5 days beyond the estimated window. The Flirtation Station can't control delays caused by factors like weather, acts of nature, natural disasters, or customs hold-ups in the destination country.
Tracking and Notifications
- You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.
- If you do not provide an email address, you may receive a text message with your tracking information.
- Didn’t receive a notification? Contact customer support through Live Chat or our Contact Us page and supply your order # so we may assist you.
Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to incomplete information (such as forgetting to add your apartment #), a non-deliverable address, or any other issue outside of our control:
- You will be notified via text and/or email using the contact information provided at checkout.
- You are responsible for all re-shipping fees. An invoice will be sent to your email. Upon payment, your package will be re-shipped.
- If re-shipping fees are not paid within 7 days, your items will be restocked and NO refunds will be issued.
** International Orders **
- Please note that customs duties, taxes (GST/HST), tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included in your 'amount due' total at checkout. These additional costs are set by your country’s customs office and may be due upon delivery. We mention this with kindness -- please be prepared to cover these charges when your order arrives. The Flirtation Station cannot assume responsibility for these fees.
- Refused international packages will not be refunded. If you decline to pay taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokage fees, do not attempt to return your order --Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
- We are unable to replace or reimburse items that are held or confiscated by customs. Before placing your order, please confirm which items are restricted or prohibited in your country.
- Orders using an international billing address on a credit card may undergo fraud verification, potentially delaying delivery. For international orders, both the billing and shipping addresses must match. We may reach out by email for additional confirmation.

- Our website uses HTTPS with SSL encryption to ensure your transactions are secure.
- We do not store credit card information.
