How to Use Your Ben Wa Balls

For Pelvic Floor Strengthening:

1. Insert the balls into the vagina, leaving the removal string accessible.
2. Engage your pelvic muscles (as if stopping the flow of urine) to hold the balls in place.
3. Perform Kegel exercises by contracting and releasing these muscles for several minutes.
4. Start with 5-10 minutes daily, gradually increasing duration as your pelvic muscles strengthen.

For Sexual Stimulation
