- Lie down on your left side with your right knee bent. Insert the nozzle gently into the rectum, ensuring a snug fit. Press the pump to release the solution slowly, allowing your body to absorb it. After a few minutes, release the solution and move to a toilet or basin to expel it.
- Clean the enema kit with warm water and toy cleanser (or mild soap if cleanser is not easily available). For sterilization, boil the components for 5-10 minutes.
